〈Facility Overview〉
The Japanese-American furniture designer, George Nakashima, was recognized as peerless across the world for his technique, and he began working with Sakura Seisakusho in 1964. This center was established to commemorate the sixtieth anniversary of Sakura Seisakusho’s founding. More than sixty pieces are on display to teach visitors about Nakashima’s life and his philosophy towards creativity.
